Mentoring and Apprenticeships
Reliable Master Craftsmen has had a long history of training craftsmen in all the trades. We think the best way to learn is hand-on doing. This started out as our craftsmen mentored their less experienced co-workers. It expanded into cross training to increase our efficiency on projects. And now, we are designing and utilizing Mentoring and Apprentice programs to help our industry grow and provide much needed tradesman to reduce the backlog of projects in the Rogue Valley.
We are working on programs in the following areas:
- Heavy Equipment and Site Work
- Concrete and Masonry
- Framing Carpentry
- Finish Carpentry
- Exterior Finishing
- Drywall Installation and Finishing
- Interior Finishing
- Construction Supervisor
- Construction Project Manager
- Construction Project Estimating
- Construction Sales
